Because we offer digital products (downloadable printable files, workbooks, and educational resources), all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations once the files have been purchased and downloaded.

Exceptions

We only consider refunds or replacements under the following strict conditions:

• Duplicate Purchases: If you accidentally purchased the same item twice, please contact us within 48 hours with your order details, and we will issue a full refund for the duplicate transaction.

• Corrupted Files: If a downloaded file is proven to be corrupted or permanently damaged and cannot be opened, our team will send you a working replacement file directly via email.
